I hate to see any business fail especially one that was so magnificently done and that invested in Atlantic City. Given that we endured a 3.5 hour wait for our room and still can give OCEAN 4 stars should speak volumes.I was a huge fan of The Revel and Atlantic City in general.
I so want to give this amazing property a 5 star rating but an insane 'check-in debacle' makes it impossible.
